I have always stood out as a person leading, dimensioning and managing to ensure efficiency in my work, my greatest desires was to have knowledge in managing a business and more importantly could get to know how each part of the industry works, I decided for my graduation study industrial engineering at the Universidad Industrial de Santander, Colombia. A career that has taught me from managing up to handle each process in a company, soon I will be a professional person surrendered to the welfare of the people around me and to finish my degree course I had the privilege of staying exchange in the School of Engineering of São Carlos University São Paulo, without losing my way as a researcher, focused on one of the most important parts of the organization, user and doing my conclusion course in UCD to bring many answers to society.
